Fri - April 26, '18 I did almost freeze. Had to get out of bed at 12:30 for "Call to Arms" stay up about half an hour. sure is a nice day. drill awhile and another inspection. start a letter to Berniece but the mosquitos bothered so much I had to quit. I am going to bed. Sat - April 27, '18 got back to camp early and got ready for inspection. write to Berniece. stay around camp & sleep all day. read & go to bed early. |
Sun - April 28, '18 nothing much of interest today wash clothes, read and go to bed. Thompsons came out from Seattle and stayed all day Mon - April 29, '18 Work at the machine shop, go to sleep get sent back to the Co. to report to the Capt. write to mother and go to bed. Tue - Apr. 30, '18 K.P. get up at 3:30, go on a hike with the whole division. get back at 5:30 P.M. get thru with K.P. at 9 o'clock & go to bed. |
